What I am building

Two ventures, one mission.

I build things that give people who have been overlooked a genuine shot at work. Worthy Courses takes that mission online and to scale. Worthy Cause is where I proved the model on the ground.

Flagship

Worthy Courses

I started Worthy Courses because I kept seeing the same thing: young people who were capable, motivated and ready, but had never been taught the basics. Not how to perform in an interview. Not what their rights were at work. Not how their pay worked or what super was. These are not complex things. They are practical, learnable skills. The fact that the system had no place to teach them was, to me, inexcusable. So I built that place.

Worthy Courses is an Australian online employability platform for young people aged 14 to 24. It teaches the real-world skills that help someone get a job and keep it: interview technique, workplace communication, digital literacy, financial basics, career planning and Australian workplace rights. Every course is written in plain language, built for Australian workplaces, and designed to be genuinely useful. Twenty-eight modules across eight skill areas today, with nine more on the way.

Buy one, give one

Every paid course purchase funds a free place for a learner who faces barriers to employment. This is not a charity add-on. It is the whole point. The more Worthy Courses grows commercially, the more scholarship places it creates. Growth and impact are the same engine.

What makes it different

Most online career content is generic, often American, and written for people who are already comfortable in a learning environment. I built Worthy Courses in the opposite direction. The content is written to a Grade 6 to 9 reading level, the voice is warm and practical, and every relevant module is grounded in Australian workplace law: the Fair Work Act, the National Employment Standards, superannuation and PAYG withholding. No other platform in Australia combines youth-focused design, Australian legal grounding, flexible delivery for schools and providers, and a structural equity model in a single product.

Built for schools, providers and employers

Worthy Courses is built for institutional partners. Employment services providers can give their clients a structured, self-paced pathway to job readiness. Schools and TAFEs can embed it as a practical curriculum supplement. It is being developed to meet VET accreditation requirements, so it stands up as a credible, compliant procurement option, not just an aspirational product.

Get the Job. Keep the Job.

The foundation

Worthy Cause

Before Worthy Courses, I founded Worthy Cause: a DGR1 registered charity and social enterprise I started in 2021 with $17,000 of my own money. It funds and runs a 26-week paid employment program for people facing complex barriers to work, through cookies made in Melbourne and two New Grounds cafes. It is where I proved that the right support, in a real workplace, changes what people believe they are capable of.

Worthy Cause works, and it taught me the limit: a six-month program changes one life at a time and costs a fortune to run. The skills that actually keep people in work can be taught to thousands. That lesson is exactly why I went on to build Worthy Courses.
